But you don’t have to stay there. Healing is possible — and so is feeling calm, safe, and steady in your everyday life.

 

Together, we create a space where your nervous system can begin to settle, your self-trust can rebuild, and daily life no longer feels like something you have to survive.

I’ve Walked This Path, Too

I know survival mode from the inside. I understand how abuse can shape your nervous system, your sense of safety, and the way it can follow you into motherhood, keeping you on edge even when you desperately want peace.

 

 

My journey through healing is what led me here. Not from a place of perfection, but from lived experience and deep compassion for the mothers still carrying that constant edge. Moving beyond survival mode is possible.

 

 

The space I offer is steady, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that you are not broken, your body learned to survive. And it can learn to feel safe again.

Who This Is For

  • This space is for mothers who have survived abuse and still feel like they’re living on edge.

  • You love your children deeply,  but anxiety, self-doubt, or fear often shape your daily life.

  • You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside, while inside your nervous system feels tense, braced, or exhausted.

  • You’re tired of surviving. And you’re ready to experience more calm, steadiness, and peace in your everyday life.

 


A Gentle Note 

This work is coaching, not therapy. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, a licensed therapist is the right place to start.


My role is to support you in moving forward, at a steady, grounded pace, once safety and stability are in place.

How We Work Together

Healing happens best within safety and structure. This six-week coaching experience is designed to help you gently move beyond survival mode while feeling fully supported.
You’ll participate in trauma-informed classes that provide practical tools for nervous system regulation and guidance for navigating patterns shaped by trauma — all at a pace that feels steady and manageable.

 

Alongside the classes, you’ll have three private 1:1 sessions: one at the beginning to set intentions, one midway to deepen your progress, and one at the end to integrate what you’ve learned.
 

We start with a consultation call so you can ask questions, share your goals, and ensure this space feels right for you.
